These Terms & Conditions apply to all programmes, services, activities, publications, projects, initiatives, and digital platforms operated by GSF, including, but not limited to:

• Research Papers, Policy Briefs, Reports, and Briefings
• Articles, Columns, Book Reviews, and Opinion Writing
• Documentaries, Podcasts, Interviews, and Multimedia Content
• Research Projects and Collaborative Initiatives
• Volunteer and Internship Programmes
• Conferences, Seminars, Workshops, Webinars, and Events
• Website, Digital Platforms, and Online Services
• Any current or future programmes, initiatives, projects, or services offered by GSF.

Applicants are responsible for providing complete, accurate, and up-to-date information.

Submission of an application does not guarantee membership, publication, programme selection, certification, or participation.

GSF reserves the right to verify submitted information, request additional documentation, supporting evidence, or professional references, and to approve, decline, suspend, revoke, or terminate membership or participation in accordance with its governing policies.

Authors, contributors, speakers, interviewees, presenters, and content creators are solely responsible for the originality, accuracy, legality, and integrity of their work.

All submissions must comply with applicable copyright laws, accepted standards of academic integrity, and GSF’s editorial requirements.

GSF reserves the right to review, edit, format, schedule, publish, postpone, decline, archive, withdraw, or remove any submission or media content in accordance with its editorial standards and institutional policies.

The views and opinions expressed in published content are those of the respective authors or contributors and do not necessarily reflect the official views, policies, or positions of the Global Strategic Forum (GSF).

Participation in volunteer or internship programmes does not constitute employment or establish an employer–employee relationship with GSF.

Participants are expected to comply with all applicable GSF policies throughout their participation.

Certificates, recommendation letters, reference letters, or other forms of institutional recognition may be issued at the sole discretion of GSF upon the satisfactory completion of applicable programme requirements.

The name, logo, branding, publications, website content, research materials, digital platforms, certificates, multimedia content, and all other intellectual property of the Global Strategic Forum (GSF) remain the exclusive property of GSF, unless otherwise stated.

Members and participants shall not use GSF’s name, logo, branding, membership status, publications, or other intellectual property in a manner that implies official authorization, endorsement, affiliation, or representation without the prior written approval of GSF.

No GSF intellectual property may be reproduced, distributed, modified, published, transmitted, or otherwise used without the prior written authorization of GSF.

GSF collects, processes, stores, and manages personal information in accordance with its Membership Policy and applicable legal requirements.

Personal information shall be used solely for legitimate organizational, administrative, verification, programme management, publication, communication, and other institutional purposes.

GSF reserves the right to suspend, revoke, or terminate membership, programme participation, publications, services, or access to its digital platforms where an individual:

• Fails to comply with GSF’s governing policies.
• Provides false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
• Misuses GSF’s name, logo, branding, membership status, publications, digital platforms, or intellectual property.
• Engages in conduct that is inconsistent with GSF’s mission, values, objectives, or institutional standards.

GSF makes reasonable efforts to ensure the quality, accuracy, and availability of its website, publications, programmes, services, and digital platforms.

However, GSF shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special loss or damage arising from the use of its website, publications, programmes, services, or digital platforms, except where such liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.

GSF reserves the right to amend, revise, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time.

Any amendments shall become effective upon publication on the official GSF website unless otherwise specified.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Pakistan.
