The Global Strategic Forum (GSF) is committed to fostering a professional, respectful, ethical, and collaborative environment that promotes excellence in research, policy dialogue, strategic engagement, and institutional development. This Code of Conduct establishes the standards of behaviour expected of all GSF members, volunteers, interns, contributors, authors, participants, and representatives.

All members shall act with honesty, integrity, professionalism, accountability, and respect in all activities undertaken on behalf of GSF.

All individuals shall be treated with dignity, courtesy, fairness, and respect. Discrimination, harassment, bullying, intimidation, hate speech, or any form of abusive or unlawful conduct will not be tolerated.

Members shall uphold the highest standards of academic and professional integrity by respecting intellectual property rights and avoiding plagiarism, fabrication, falsification, misrepresentation, or any other form of research or publication misconduct.

Members shall communicate professionally, respectfully, and responsibly in meetings, publications, correspondence, social media, digital platforms, and all official GSF activities.

Members shall respect the confidentiality of non-public information obtained through GSF activities and shall not disclose, share, or misuse such information without prior authorization.

Members shall promptly disclose any actual, potential, or perceived conflict of interest that may compromise their impartiality, professional judgment, or the reputation of GSF.

Members shall not use the name, logo, branding, membership status, publications, digital platforms, or any other intellectual property of GSF without prior written authorization.

Members are encouraged to contribute to GSF’s research, publications, projects, events, conferences, workshops, and other institutional initiatives in accordance with their availability, expertise, and professional commitments.

Members shall comply with this Code of Conduct, the GSF Membership Policy (including its Privacy and Data Protection provisions), the Terms & Conditions, and all applicable laws and regulations.

Any breach of this Code of Conduct may result in appropriate disciplinary action, including suspension or termination of membership, removal from programmes or activities, revocation of benefits, or any other action deemed appropriate by the Global Strategic Forum (GSF).
