Nihat Celik

The writer is an international relations and security scholar with a PhD in International Relations from Kadir Has University. He has taught undergraduate and graduate courses at San Diego State University and holds degrees in National Security Strategies and Public Administration. His research interests include international security, foreign policy analysis, international relations theory, comparative politics, diplomatic history, and the history of Turkey and the Ottoman Empire.
